Lürssen Yachts Delivers Azzam, the World's Largest Yacht, to Owner

Lürssen Yachts delivered Azzam to her owner on October 22nd, 2013. At 180 meters long, she is the world's longest yacht. Her large size doesn't slow Azzam down, though. Thanks to a 94,000 HP engine, she can travel at speeds over 30 knots.

Lürssen Yachts worked with exterior designer Nauta Yachts and interior designer Christophe Leoni to build this impressive vessel in less than four years.

CNB 39.5 superyacht design, efficiency and autonomy

A very special project - and the result of the work of one of the best-known German engineering companies for naval architecture and yacht design in collaboration with CNB, the leading French shipyard for super yachts, the CNB 39.5 is unique in the super yacht industry: It is one of the first fly bridge motor yachts in the 40 meter range, equipped with conventional engines, that reaches a speed of over 38 km. This performance is normally the privilege of yachts with surface-drives, gas turbines and/or jets.

Super Yacht of the day: Lürssen Solemates 60

Solemates, a 200-foot yacht by Glade Johnson Design, embodies the very ethos of sophistication. The contemporary designs used in the interior and exterior spaces manage to maintain a modern sense of aesthetics while simultaneously remaining warm and tranquil. Careful attention was paid to the types of woods and fabrics used throughout Solemates. Straight grain Anigre, Wenge, and toned Maple burl run throughout the yacht. Most of the rooms have wood floors that allow spaces to flow from area to the next without interruption. This creates a harmonious feeling in the yacht's interior.

New 70 Sunreef Power ETTY Launched!

Recently, ETTY, an amazing hull nr nine of the 70 Sunreef Power, was launched by the Sunreef Yachts shipyard, commissioned by a Turkish owner. This luxurious vessel combines all the characteristics belonging to a long cruising superyacht: maximum space on board, low fuel consumption and, best of all, a perfect combination of comfort and functionality. Etty is expected to arrive to the Turkish Riviera this autumn and visit popular resorts such as Bodrum, Marmaris and Gocek.

The PS26 was introduced at MYS13!

Alloy Yachts has recently developed in collaboration with Philippe Briand, a phenomenal 46m fully engineered turnkey, coupled with a variety of interior design options to be chosen by the owner. The PS46's aim is to provide the owner of high quality, built to their personal tastes but avoiding the time and cost a full personalized project demands. The shipyard is prepared to begin the construction of the vessel immediately, with the possibilities of reduced building time if necessary and of a race regatta upgrade if desired. This phenomenal project was presented at the recent Monaco Yacht Show 2013.
