Overmarine Group has built over 300 yachts measuring between 72 and 165 feet since its founding in 1985. Moonraker, part of the Mangusta 165 series, is one of the company's most ambitious projects to date. The 50-meter motor yacht combines an elegant aesthetic with advanced technology that makes her a spectacularly luxurious vessel.
Moonraker's Interior Design
Moonraker, like all yachts in the Mangusta series, has a unique interior design that matches the desires of her owner. Every inch of the interior has been carefully planned by Overmarine's design team. It features no fewer than 15 types of wood, lacquering, and veneers to create a highly sophisticated appearance. She even has 10 different types of marble, including Blue Tiger Eye, some of the most sought-after marble in the world. Other design features include shagreen leather, ample glass, onyx, and mother-of-pearl.
Overmarine built four staterooms that can accommodate up to eight people. Moonraker's on board cinema can also convert into a stateroom for additional guests. No expense was spared making each room a special place that all guests will love.
The owner's cabin, of course, includes the most luxurious features. The ample space includes custom furniture, a study area, and large windows that invite natural light to flood the room. The owner's head has mother-of-pearl mosaics that are true works of art. It also has what Overmarine describes as an "emotional shower." The shower incorporates perfectly heated water, mood lighting, and aromatherapy for a relaxing experience.
The other cabins also offer plenty of luxury. Guest cabins have queen beds decorated with fabric headboards and pama wood. Even the bedside tables have an elegant appearance thanks to their aluminum plated drawers and night blue laquering. The VIP cabin is especially beautiful. It's aesthetic is dominated by ash wood with pama oak details.
