Monaco Yacht Show 2026: Superyacht Premieres, Highlights and Future Trends

There are few places where the superyacht world comes together quite like Monaco. For four days each September, Port Hercules becomes much more than a showcase for the latest yachts. Owners, designers, shipyards, brokers and captains converge within a few blocks, and conversations that begin over an early breakfast at the Yacht Club continue aboard yachts, around the stands and, inevitably, well into the evening.

The 35th Monaco Yacht Show was particularly intense. More than 560 exhibitors gathered around Port Hercules, alongside 118 superyachts with a combined value of €4.5 billion. Forty-three were 2026 deliveries, giving this year’s show an unusually strong concentration of yachts being seen publicly for the first time.

Yet numbers only tell part of the story. Our days in Monaco often began before the show officially opened at 10 a.m., moving between press breakfasts, private presentations and yacht visits before the docks filled. By evening, the pace simply shifted to launches, receptions and dinners around the principality.

Amid all that activity, several clear ideas began to emerge about where yachting is heading, and some of the most interesting had little to do with size.

Feadship Vanish: The Art of Disappearing Aboard a 71.5m Superyacht

Dropping off the radar in today’s busy world is harder than it looks, but Feadship’s Vanish points the way aboard one of its most alluring builds. Cruising away from the coast on this stunning yacht silences the noise and demands of everyday life, embarking on a soul-enriching, nerve-soothing journey where every day holds the potential for bliss and joy.
Landing on one of the two helipads or arriving by custom yacht tender, the vibe turns calm, quiet, and peaceful, welcoming all who step aboard. Vanish embraces guests with spacious, intriguing features. From the open-air beach club with fold out platforms, to the jacuzzi, gym, bar, and lounge areas of the sun deck, guests traverse the guest areas via the glass, floating stair atrium spanning three decks.
Stocked with amenities, luxuries, activities, and toys, Vanish nourishes well-being from every angle. Sports equipment, a sauna, a ping pong table, a large store of water toys, several luxurious al fresco dining spaces, a more formal dining room, outdoor and indoor entertainment areas, all contribute to the lightness of being on board this private, contemporary, spacious Feadship.
Built for an experienced owner, this is the owner’s second Feadship named Vanish, the first of which was 66.25 meters. The return to the Feadship team two years after delivery of the first yacht to begin an even larger vessel illustrates the owner’s confidence in the yard.

Ares Yachts Simena: A 62m Sailing Superyacht Inspired by the Golden Age

Graceful and fast, the clipper ships of the 1800s were a sight to behold. The Flying Cloud, built in 1851 by Donald McKay set an 89-day, 8-hour record sailing from New York, around

Cape Horn, to San Francisco. That record stood for over 135 years. The equally famous Cutty Sark, built in Scotland in 1869 to transport tea and wool, continues to pay homage to clipper heritage in the dry dock museum near Greenwich Pier.

Indeed, the clippers under full sail were magnificent. Some, boasting nearly 3,000 square meters of sail across the rigging, treated onlookers to beautiful figureheads and elaborate trail boards pointing the way as they sped toward their destinations, loaded with cargo from exotic ports. Turkish shipyard Ares Yachts designed sailing yacht Simena in the image of those incredible clipper ships, beautifully interpreting them in the 62-meter ketch, Simena. To see her under full sail, with her stunning profile and gleaming mahogany, is to be transported in time, while her amenities point with purpose toward the future.

Kempinski Palace Engelberg: A Luxury Alpine Retreat in Switzerland

NAVIS Curated Badge

The sound of monastery bells drifts through the village of Engelberg, marking the hours beneath the imposing presence of glacier-capped Mount Titlis, rising 3,238 meters above sea level. In winter, snow crunches beneath passing footsteps; in warmer months, birdsong mingles with the laughter of children playing in Kurpark Engelberg. At the heart of this idyllic Alpine setting, Kempinski Palace Engelberg offers an elegant retreat that feels intimately connected to the rhythm of the seasons.
Situated on Dorfstrasse, the village’s primarily pedestrian thoroughfare, the Palace combines the grandeur of Belle Époque architecture with an inviting sense of warmth and familiarity.

Conveniently accessible from Zurich and Lucerne, it is equally suited to a spontaneous weekend escape or a longer family stay. The Titlis cable car station, approximately 600 meters from the lobby, places the mountain’s year-round adventures within easy reach. Engelberg’s many charms are familiar to NAVIS readers, having been explored in previous editions, most recently in the inaugural issue of NAVIS BEYOND. This time, however, our attention returns to one of the village’s most distinguished addresses: Kempinski Palace Engelberg.

Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez 2026: Racing, Elegance and Maritime Heritage

Every year, 253 of the world’s most spectacular sailing yachts, spanning more than a century of maritime history, come together to race in the late Mediterranean summer. From September 26 to October 4, 2026, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez was the heart of global yachting for the 28th Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez.

This year’s regatta, organized by the Société Nautique de Saint-Tropez (SNST), held special significance. It was the first event since the passing of Patrice de Colmont, founder of the original La Nioulargue in 1981. His famous “Corinthian spirit” was everywhere, from the friendly competition on the water to the lively shore celebrations, which drew up to 75,000 spectators each day. With a fleet divided among advanced Maxis, high-performance Moderns, and a beautiful group of Tradition yachts, the 2026 event highlighted elegance, heritage, and top-level racing.

Ferrari HC25: Where Engineering Shapes Design

A glossy black band cuts through the Ferrari HC25’s matt grey bodywork, gathering its cooling openings into one defining gesture. It gives the roadster a distinctive identity while revealing something fundamental about its construction: a powerful engine requires the surrounding body to manage air and heat. Here, that requirement becomes the design’s organizing principle.

Unveiled at Ferrari Racing Days at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, the HC25 is a single-client commission from Ferrari’s Special Projects program. Designed under Flavio Manzoni, it inherits the F8 Spider’s layout, chassis and combustion powertrain. Its individuality emerges through the relationship between that established mechanical architecture and an entirely personal exterior.

Lorige Bleu Asphalte Gold Edition: Racing Heritage Meets Haute Horlogerie

Racing History Meets Haute Horlogerie

A racing car’s braking system is an unlikely starting point for a luxury watch. Yet for independent Franco-Swiss watchmaker Lorige, it has become the foundation of a distinctive identity. The company transforms Carbon/Carbon brake components recovered from endurance racing into the cases of mechanical timepieces, preserving the physical history of competition within objects intended to last for generations. Unveiled at TimeToWatches 2026 in Geneva, the Bleu Asphalte Gold Edition introduces a new dimension to this concept, combining race-used carbon composite with 18-karat 5N rose gold and the mechanical sophistication of a manually wound movement offering seven days of autonomy.

Founded in 2018 by Clément Etienvre and Emeric Paraud, Lorige grew from their experience in automotive engineering, composite materials, and endurance racing. Both understood the remarkable capabilities of the components used in competition, but they also recognized the possibility of preserving their history. After three years of development, the company established a patented process for converting used racing brake material into precision-machined watch cases. The result was an approach to watchmaking in which the provenance of the material became as important as the mechanical construction and design surrounding it.
