The First Mangusta Oceano 39 Makes Waves in Viareggio

Unveiling The Extraordinary

Viareggio, a city renowned for its breathtaking maritime backdrop, has witnessed a spectacular new addition to its waters. The first unit of the Mangusta Oceano 39, the latest Mangusta Oceano displacement line member, officially launched on 31st May 2023. This unit is a testament to luxurious innovation, a masterpiece crafted through the combined efforts of the Mangusta team and the workers who tirelessly contributed to her construction.

Overmarine Group's CEO, Maurizio Balducci, proudly reflects on the launch of this ground-breaking new model. A modern three-decker with stunningly vast glazed surfaces, the Mangusta Oceano 39 has been cleverly designed to minimize supporting structures and bulwarks, drawing its occupants closer to the allure of the sea. "This innovative vessel extends the successful Mangusta Oceano range, which includes the magnificent 44m and 50m models," he states.

Crafted through the joint expertise of the shipyard's Engineering Department, the renowned designer Alberto Mancini, and design firm Studio Verme, the Mangusta Oceano 39 is a seamless fusion of design and technology. This three-decker exudes a robust identity that sets her apart from her contemporaries.

Evocative of a contemporary villa on the sea, this yacht boasts impressively expansive glass surfaces and ample volumes. Its main and upper deck saloons are adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an open-plan living space that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. This design transforms the aft area and foldable terraces into natural extensions of the beach house, allowing guests to unwind in complete serenity by the sea.

One of the highlight features of the Mangusta Oceano 39 is the "classic" "Mangusta Design" infinity pool on the upper deck. With a partial glass bottom, the collection bathes the master stateroom with natural light, producing mesmerizing water reflections.

The vessel's layout includes four lavish guest cabins on the lower deck and a master suite on the main deck, complete with a fully-automated balcony for the Owner's pleasure. Following Mangusta's tradition, the interiors are fully customizable, creating a unique synergy between the design of Alberto Mancini, Overmarine's technical department architects, and the Owner.

Powered by 2 MTU 12 V 2000 M 86 1700 HP engines, the Mangusta Oceano 39 combines power and serenity, offering a cruising speed of 12 knots, a maximum speed of 16 knots, and a range of up to 2,600 nautical miles. For those seeking more power, there's an option for 2600 HP engines to push the cruising speed to 18 knots and the maximum speed to 20 knots.

Eager buyers will have to wait until November 2024 to deliver hull number 3, the next available unit for sale.

The yachting world is evolving, and the Mangusta Oceano 39 is at the forefront. With its innovative design and superior technology, it's a symbol of modern luxury and nautical prowess.
