Cantiere Delle Marche Mimi La Sardine

If you are in the market for a 100-foot yacht, there are at least 100 reasons why Mimi La Sardine should be given serious consideration. At the top of the list? Meticulous build quality. A pioneer of explorer yachts, Cantiere Delle Marche has been building them since 2010. The firm benefits from a wealth of experience that keeps them on the cutting edge of this bold category. Delivered in 2019, this CDM Nauta Air has won a clutch of awards for her innovative design.

Mimi La Sardine does what many attempt to do: she makes you feel comfortable and truly at home. Her beach-focused vibe runs through every fiber, giving her an easy, hand-in-glove fit that invites a relaxing exhale with the first step aboard. She is already built, so there will be no waiting to plan your first itinerary. She is a proven globetrotter, ready to take owners wherever they wish, cocooned in the safety of this impeccably maintained explorer.

Luxurious interiors with reclaimed wood and organic details

The interiors are calmed and warmed by reclaimed wood, made richer by organic treasures found through ‘round the world cruising. The outdoor spaces are balanced and spacious, well-connected to both its interiors and to the great blue expanse of the sea. Materials, shapes, colors, and textures are organic and natural, pleasing to the eye, and comforting to the psyche. The interiors are the result of intensive collaboration by Nauta Yachts’ Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino, in concert with the exceptional and artistic eye of the owner. It takes great skill to design a comfortable, luxurious yacht that appears both stylish and nonchalant.

Fully aft, the beach deck plays host to water sports, allowing easy boarding. A broad, central stair welcomes guests up to the main deck, where casual seating invites a slow, relaxing unwind. The layout of these two decks effortlessly connects guests taking shade under the hard top with those enjoying the ocean to its fullest, immersed in the blue.

Going forward, large glass sliders open wide, revealing an almost imperceptible transition from outdoors to in. The main saloon invites guests to savor sensual details, from natural fabrics and organic shapes, to weathered oak and unpolished brass. Nothing on this yacht is an afterthought, each piece placed for ease of use and understated aesthetics.

Full beam master suite with natural light and ocean views

Forward, a dressing room serves as entry to the full beam master suite, awash in light. The en suite bath with dual sinks, soaking tub, and spacious shower is fully forward. Four additional lower deck guest cabins, two VIPs and two twins with Pullmans, sport a similar chic.

The aft upper deck features an alfresco dining table providing a lively entertainment space with magnificent views. Fully aft, casual seating offers sun and serenity. Forward through sliding glass doors, a casual saloon is equally amenable to indoor dining, entertaining, or lounging.

Aft on the sun deck, a glass-walled spa overlooks it all, flanked by sun pads. Forward, under the hard top, a dining area and seated bar prove the perfect spot for entertaining.

Fully-equipped garage with water toys and kayaks

The aft garage carries kayaks, paddle boards, sea bobs, snorkel equipment, e-bikes, and water toys. A 6.5 meter rib tender stores on the aft of the upper deck, with launch facilitated by a smartly positioned crane.

If a beach house capable of cruising to your favorite locations around the globe sounds attractive, you would be remiss if you did not take a closer look at this seafaring sanctuary. Priced at €13,500,000 excluding VAT, Mimi La Sardine will not disappoint.
