The CNB GrandBleu yacht design, comfort, performance and elegance

The CNB GrandBleu designs are directly inspired from recent designs built with CNB, and whose excellent properties have been assessed. All our expertise has gone into these designs to further improve comfort, performance and elegance.

For comfort, the layout centre around a raised saloon has been, a perfect living space from which guests can enjoy a 360° view over the surroundings. For each boat size there is a choice of at least two layouts, one with four cabins, the other with cabins aft. The cockpit is particularly large and extremely well protected behind the roof. Performance is obviously an essential quality, even for cruising; beyond the speed factor, performance also improves seaworthiness, making the yacht more sensitive and easier to handle: owners will get much pleasure in sailing such a yacht.

Elegance is also essential. A yacht's main attribute is her beauty. Therefore particular attention was paid to our designs' aesthetics, and each new design retains a timeless elegance. We have designed these yachts with an aim to achieve a perfect balance between these three factors so that the owners truly enjoy their yachts, whatever their sailing programme may be.

Interior designer point of view

The Grand Bleu Line defines a benchmark in yachting quality both technically and esthetically. The range offers blue water yachting with a contemporary design style.

The feel of the interior space is maximised through the use of light coloured materials to bulkhead panels and the use of mirror to reflect light and space. Lighting is a combination of edge lighting to give a feeling of light and space combined with LED spotlighting and reading lights.

Throughout the size range the feel of the yachts can be tailored to suit a client from fresh modern neutral tones in light wood to a more classic superyacht style with dark wood and taupe grey tones.

The saloon area has a raised seating area allowing 360 degree views combined with a lower more intimate dining area. The saloon furniture can be personalized to suit a client from a combination of fitted sofas and loose armchairs with coffee tables designed as individual furniture pieces.
