Ken Freivokh Studio Design is a multi-disciplinary business well-known for creating unique and distinctive design solutions. Ken Freivokh was born in Los Angeles, California. He graduated as Master of Design at the School of Industrial Design (Engineering), Royal College of Art, London. Ken is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Chartered Society of Designers. In 1988, Liz Windsor became her partner, responsible for the selection and sourcing of materials, fixtures, fittings and furnishings. She also has a Royal College of Art background.

Ken's design team methodology involves a cautious analysis of the client's brief, examination of first principles, lateral thinking and formulation of extraordinary designs, always aimed at raising the bar of excellence. KFD has a team of superyacht stylists architects and interior designers.

This team has many professionals who are experts in what they do. Christian Leyk has a degree in Industrial Design from the FH Munich and contributed to the studio portfolio as a Senior Designer. With him, work two more Senior Designers who joined KFD in 2007: Alastair Fletcher and Rob Armstrong. Recently, Catherine Parker started working as interior designer after having spent almost 3 years working for a Winchester interior design company. KFD designers are: Mike Harper, Mattia Mazzucchi and Mark Norton-Menendez.

The company is based at a purpose built design studio on the banks of the Hamble, a river in Hampshire, England. At the moment, Ken Freivokh Studio Design is working on a 50M Motor yacht, Prince 50, a project specially made by the Prince Group and is the first of a series of yachts which this group is planning.
