The Yachtmaster event started on the 26th and, for three intense days, offered round tables, meetings, workshops and team-building opportunities for the Captains, the Azimut, Benetti and Yachtique top management executives, technicians and sales personnel to be able to master the high number of mega yacht management themes. Numerous international journalists and marine industry experts also participated of the Yachtmaster event.
The welcome speech of this edition was given by top management in the outfitting area for the 90m superyacht under construction at the Azimut Benetti yard. After the opening speech, there was the presentation of the Benetti Sales and Service Department and the new project, called "Client Driven Quality", which is oriented towards the gathering of feedback by captains, brokers and owners, and structured listening. "Waranty" and "Lifetime Customer Care" were the themes that followed for the more than one hundred participants.
This Yachtmaster event was just like every other, and time for fun, relaxing and team competitions was also scheduled. For this year's event, the "Master Chef" TV study was recreated and the captains got to spend an entire afternoon preparing gourmet dishes which were, in turn, judged by a jury of international journalists.

The 2014 Yachtmaster event has been scheduled, but the location and the themes that will be discussed in the event have not been disclosed yet.
