This year the Monaco Yacht Show has gone all in by increasing their superstructure. The exhibition area was significantly expanded in order to welcome more exhibitors; around 400 additional square meters were added to embrace more participants and make this area a much spacious and comfortable one. Furthermore, in this year's edition there will be around 110 berths for superyachts to anchor at the Port Hercules. This will be the biggest edition yet.

As Gaëlle Tallarida, Managing Director of the Monaco Yacht Show, clearly stated "the demand for space at MYS has been a challenge to us for more than ten years", but, luckily, this challenge ends now. Together with the Monaco government, they have been able to extend the show footprint so the international Superyacht community can participate of a bigger MYS and find a welcoming space in Monaco itself. This long awaited expansion came in perfect timing, since the demand for exhibiting bigger yachts has been increasing tremendously. This enlightening new extension consists of an expansion of the floating area to the port entrance in front of the new Monaco Yacht Club. Thanks to its new extension the MYS will now be able to berth super and megayachts of over 100m; something without precedents!

This new space also invites new guests to join; not only in terms of space has it widen up. This year the MYS will welcome new emerging markets, such as Turkey, China and South Asia, besides the already traditional Eastern Europe and United States. As privileged visitors they will be exploring the vessels in order for them to update about the latest in Superyachts.

There could be no better scenario than the glamorous city of Monaco to hold such prestigious event. This year the Monaco Yacht Show will shine brighter than any year thanks to its new extension which sets Monaco as one of the most important centers for yachting.
